This region produces Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mataro, Chenin, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Riessling. The taste is fruity reds and intense, we see the wood. And the white grapes have a lot of spicy oak and ripe figs, with the texture of a light red wine.
The Barossa Valley’s climate is hot and dry, your soil is clay, dry and yellowish, with very little rainfall which favors the strain of red wines. Eden Valley’s climate is cooler and rainy favorable for white grapes.
